The site fee includes all meals, Saturday breakfast through Sunday lunch.

Non-member surcharge **	$5

* Although minors are not charged admission, please let us know about any attending, so we can be sure to have enough food on hand.

** The non-member surcharge is a Society fee which is applied to all adults who are not members.

To pre-register

The Roundhouse pre-reg gatekeeper is Francesca de Onorati (Norma Storms) (francesca (at) 4th (dot) com ). When registering by mail, please use her mundane name.

If your pre-registration is not received by the event date, you will be charged at the door and your check will be returned or destroyed.

When pre-registering please include minors, even though there is no charge for them.
Also, please indicate if you plan to camp - we need to provide breakfasts
Even if you don't pre-register, please notify the Gatekeeper with the following information
- How many of you are planning to attend?
- Will you be camping?
- Special food requirements

Family Waiver

Use this link to prepare a Minors' Consent to Participate form ("Family Waiver"). Copies will be available at the event, but having it ready in advance will speed up onsite registration.
