Handicapped access: The site is a private farm, and it's definitely not set up to be handicapped-accessible, but it's probably no worse than most outdoor events. The general grounds are grassy and there are some rough spots - little ups and downs on either side of the (gravel) driveway, for example. On the plus side, there are no actual barriers like concrete curbs, and we will have outdoor facilities - porta-castles (at least one will be a double-wide) and a solar shower stall. And the grounds are basically flat - no long inclines, nothing steep. All scheduled activities are outdoors; the available indoor facilities are not handicapped-accessible.
Facilities: Porta-castles and a sun-shower stall. Bring your own towels and toiletries, and sun-shower if desired.
Site open from 3pm Friday to 3pm Sunday. Troll open throughout except 10pm to 8am. But arrive when you can! We'll troll you in the next morning!
The event activities and meals are outdoors, under cover. Indoor facilities available in emergency.
Camping is available.
Hotel and local amenities. Contact the autocrats.
Portable firebowls only. (There is an in-ground firepit for the bardic circles.)
Bring camp chairs, ice and beverages for yourself, desserts to share (please?).
The site is wet. Please be responsible. (There are neighbors.)
No pets, please. (There are horses. And coyotes.)
