Registration (2011)

The site fee includes all meals, Saturday breakfast through Sunday lunch. There is no surcharge for camping this year, but we do want to keep track of the number of campers ... we have to provide you with breakfast, after all.

* Although there is no charge for camping, and minors are not charged admission, please let us know about these things, so we can be sure to have enough food on hand.

** The non-member surcharge is a Society fee which is applied to all adults who are not members.

Pre-registration will begin on March 1, 2011.

Click on the link above; find "Middle" in the "Select Kingdom Here" box, then click the "Go to Event Selection" button. On the next screen, choose "Fourth Bardic Roundhouse". The system will lead you through the rest of the process.

The charge per transaction (for Middle Kingdom events) is $0.31 plus 3% of the total transaction. For most registrations, this will be about $1.

This handy form is fully interactive and will allow you to type in the names and other information on attendees; it will also calculate the payment amount when you click the appropriate categories. It will take a few seconds to load after you click on it. (If you encounter difficulties using the form, you can of course pre-register via ACCEPS or by dropping a check and a cover note into the mail. It's just that using the form is easier for us, and for you too, we hope.)

Lest there be any confusion: The interactive form is NOT online registration. Although it may appear in your browser window, it is completely on your own computer (your children's names will not be transmitted across the Internet) and you will need to print it out and mail it in.

When pre-registering please include minors, even though there is no charge for them.
Also, please indicate if you plan to camp - we need to provide breakfasts
Even if you don't pre-register, please notify the Gatekeeper with the following information
- How many of you are planning to attend?
- Will you be camping?
- Special food requirements

Family Waiver

Use this link to prepare a Minors' Consent to Participate form ("Family Waiver"). Copies will be available at the event, but having it ready in advance will speed up onsite registration.
